We collect only what we need to run the school, and we never sell your information.
Your name, email, phone number, program/rank, and — for minors — a parent or guardian and emergency contact. We also keep basic membership and attendance records so we can teach and support you.
Tuition and payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never stored by the school. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.
To manage your membership, process tuition, communicate about classes, schedules, events, and billing, and to run the day-to-day operations of the school.
We may contact you by email and text message about your membership and classes. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time — reply STOP to any text, or contact us to update your preferences.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example our payment processor (Stripe) and our email/SMS providers — and only as needed to deliver those services.
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting the school.
Memberships for minors are set up and managed with a parent or guardian, who provides and can update the child's information.
