Sign up →Go to Sign in. Type your email, we send you a 6-digit code, you type it back, and you're in — with everything exactly as you left it. No join code, ever again. That was only for the first time.
Sign in →Check your spam folder first — that's where it lands most often. The code lasts 30 minutes; after that, ask for a new one. Type it wrong five times and that code stops working too — a fresh one fixes it the same way.
It just tells CANTO which door you're coming through — the network, a guest group, or your own school. You only ever type it once, the first time you sign up. After that, your email is enough.
A parent or guardian signs up first — or signs in, if they already have an account — and adds you from there. You get your own place inside CANTO, with your own progress, under theirs.
No. Never. Nothing to choose, nothing to forget, nothing to lose. Just your email and, each time, a fresh code we send you. That is the whole idea.
None of this is to keep you out — it's to keep the songbook honest about who it's talking to. Why we built it at all:
Every song here was made by a capoeirista who understood the art and put real knowledge, real feeling, into it — not on paper, but in a song. That knowledge is out there, but reaching all of it has always meant meeting a hundred masters, one song at a time.
CANTO gathers what those people made and makes it reachable. We use AI to do that — to translate, to interpret, to bring it together — never to invent. The knowledge belongs to the capoeiristas who made the songs. This app only carries it to you.
We don't promise every word is perfect. Nobody could, about songs passed hand to hand for generations. What we promise is that a person checks every one, always, before it reaches you — and that we do this better than anywhere else you'll find it.
